“ Stayed in lovely airbnb for night close by and chose this place due to location. What a great find . Booked online a few hours before and had a lovely table , excellent service and most of all the food was excellent . I recommend the fish and chips to all but I saw many other dishes I would have liked to try. Will definitely return to this little gem of a neighbourhood in the future and visit here again ”

I do not know how you managed to get hot food out to 20 people. It tasted amazing and the service was second to none. I could but recommend this pub highly enough. ”
“ We had our wedding breakfast here the end of October, we had the whole pub, the venue was decorated to a very high standard and the atmosphere was great, the food was excellent, the staff were very good too couldn’t do enough for you, we had a DJ so the furniture and tables were moved at one area of the room to make way for a dance floor which worked really well. The staff lit the fire pit outside so that we could have toasted marshmallows which the kids and adults loved. Would highly recommend this venue if your looking for somewhere to have a wedding or party. We would like to thank Caroline, Richard, Dan and all the staff for all their hard work.
